NOAA SPC logged 2.50″ hail about 3 miles southeast of Converse and 1.75″ about 4 miles south-southeast (storm reports).
Around 10:00–10:20 p.m.
The NWS received reports of dime- to golf-ball-size hail in the Paloma subdivision between 10:05 and 10:15 p.m. (San Antonio Express-News).
Wind-driven damage
Hail reportedly came in sideways, and strong winds damaged homes and fences on the East Side near FM 78 and Walzem Road (Express-News).
