F.A.Q

Don't let lack of information keep your property from being protected. Reach out today to have your questions answered.

  • You will receive two warranties when working with us

    1. A lifetime workmanship warranty

    2. A Lifetime 50 yr manufacture warranty
backed by our manufactures this covers materials and labor

  • -Assess the damage: Inspect your roof with the help of a licensed and insured contractor and assess the damage that has occurred. Take pictures and notes to document the damage.

-Contact your insurance company: Call your insurance company and report the damage to your roof. Provide them with all the information you have collected, including pictures and notes. Let your contractor know about the claim filing as well. ( Quality contractors will assist in filing the claim and the entire process)

-Meet with an adjuster: Your insurance company will assign an adjuster to inspect the damage to your roof. They will schedule a time to meet with you and your contractor to assess the damage in person. This is when your contractor will assist in identifying and documenting all damage and will submit the recommended estimate for insurance approval.

-Receive the claim estimate: The adjuster will provide you the agreed upon estimate the contractor has submitted to insurance. This is a transparent process, you will review the approved copy from your insurance provider, this is why it’s very important to allow your contractor to work with the adjuster, to ensure all items are covered. Commonly missed items are things such as nails, flashing. Permit fees.

-Review the estimate: Your contractor can help you review the estimate and make sure you understand what is covered and what is not. This is where we go over the entire scope of work. If you have any questions, contact your contractor for clarification.

-Hire your contractor: If you agree with the scope of work, you can hire your contractor to complete the repairs or replacement. Work with your contractor to make sure they understand the scope of the work covered by the insurance claim. Insurance claims will dictate that pay schedule on our initial paperwork

-Complete the repairs: Work with your contractor to complete the repairs or replacement. Your contractor will compile all documentation required by insurance .

-Submit the paperwork: Once the work is complete, Your Contractor will submit all paperwork, including invoices and receipts, to your insurance company. Your contractor can assist you in making sure all documentation is complete and accurate.

-Finalize the claim: Once your insurance company has reviewed and approved your claim, they will issue final payment. Your contractor can help you review the payment to make sure it covers all expenses incurred during the repair or replacement process. If there are any discrepancies, your contractor can help you work with your insurance company to resolve them.
